UK Shipping (Statues & T-Shirts)
Products Available in the UK Only
The following items are currently available for delivery within the United Kingdom only:

We do not currently ship these items outside the UK.
Production Time
Statues:
Each statue is handcrafted and made to order. Production time may vary depending on demand and complexity. Once your item is completed, it will be dispatched for delivery.
T-shirts:
T-shirts are made to order and typically move into production shortly after purchase.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–5 business days within the UK.
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs for UK-only items are included in the product price.
There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us at: info@godform.co.uk
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: info@godform.co.uk
Include photos of the damage and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.

The following items are available for international shipping:

These products are printed and fulfilled through our global print partner, with production taking place at the facility closest to your delivery address whenever possible.
Production Time
All posters and postcards are made to order.
Production typically takes 1–4 business days before dispatch.
Because items are printed locally in many regions, production and delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
UK & Europe: 2–7 business days
USA & Canada: 3–10 business days
Rest of world: 5–15 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to customs, local postal services, or peak periods.
Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
Some international shipments may have limited tracking updates depending on the destination country.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your worldwide order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us at: info@godform.co.uk
We will work with our fulfilment partner to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your poster or postcard arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: info@godform.co.uk

A description of the problem
We will work with our print partner to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Returns Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, made-to-order or customised goods are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period. As each statue is made-to-order, we do not accept cancellations or returns for change of mind.

You must notify us of any damage or defect within 7 days of delivery.

Damage caused during assembly, handling, or use is not eligible for return or refund.
2. Reporting Damage

Contact us at info@godform.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number.

Provide clear photos and/or video evidence of the damage before full assembly.
3. Return Process

If your claim is approved, we will provide the return shipping address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
4. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of us receiving the returned item in its original packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

The original price of the item (including built-in shipping) will be refunded if eligible.
Non-returnable items:

Made-to-order items (unless defective/damaged upon arrival).

Items returned without original packaging or missing components.

Items reported as damaged after the 7-day reporting window.

Production Timeframe: By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the production period (which may vary) for each made-to-order statue.
