Thank you for shopping with Godform Collectibles! Below are the details of our Shipping and Returns Policy. Please review these carefully before making a purchase.

1. Production and Delivery Time

  • Made-to-Order Items: Each statue is handcrafted and requires a production period (which can vary) from the time of purchase. Once production is complete, we will dispatch your order for delivery.

  • Delivery Time: Shipping typically takes 1-5 business days after dispatch. You will receive a notification email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

2. UK-Only Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

3. Shipping Fee

  • Shipping costs are included in the price of the item. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If your order has not been delivered within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us at info@godform.co.uk.

  • If a package is confirmed lost during delivery, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

6. Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@godform.co.uk. Provide photos of the damage along with your order number, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, made-to-order or customised goods are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period. As each statue is made-to-order, we do not accept cancellations or returns for change of mind.

  • You must notify us of any damage or defect within 7 days of delivery.

  • Damage caused during assembly, handling, or use is not eligible for return or refund.

2. Reporting Damage

  • Contact us at info@godform.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number.

  • Provide clear photos and/or video evidence of the damage before full assembly.

3. Return Process

  • If your claim is approved, we will provide the return shipping address.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days of us receiving the returned item in its original packaging.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • The original price of the item (including built-in shipping) will be refunded if eligible.

Non-returnable items:

  • Made-to-order items (unless defective/damaged upon arrival).

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components.

  • Items reported as damaged after the 7-day reporting window.

Customer Expectations

  • Production Timeframe: By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the production period (which may vary) for each made-to-order statue.

  • Updates: We will provide email updates on the progress of your order, including when it enters the shipping phase.
